We are excited to have you join us for this year's Spring Showcase & Benefit on Saturday, April 22nd! We will gather at Highland High School located at 2166 South 1700 East, next to Sugar House Park. Every student in 1st through 8th grade is performing in the Spring Showcase and Benefit, so we hope you are planning to join us so that your child can participate in their class performance! We look forward to coming together as a community and sharing in our collective appreciation for our school faculty, students, and staff.

We encourage you to invite your family and friends to attend to view student offerings, bid online for items benefiting the school, take a chance in the opportunity drawings, and stay for dinner. We are hopeful for a warm spring day and encourage you to gather in Sugar House Park after the assembly where you can sample plates from local food trucks, or picnic on the lawn with a meal you prepared yourself. We have a timeline of events below to help you plan. We look forward to seeing you then. In the meantime, happy bidding!

About Us

The Wasatch Family Foundation's mission is to develop and maintain a strong, long-term student base for Wasatch Charter School by providing Waldorf-inspired educational programs for families and building and developing connections between the Waldorf community, the Wasatch Charter School community, and the community at large; and supporting and strengthening the Wasatch Charter School through financial support. The Spring Auction and Gala is an annual event to bring the Waldorf education community together to raise awareness, educate and fund raise for the cause.

Wasatch Charter School (WCS) provides an innovative, holistic, student-centered, developmentally appropriate education to a community desiring a whole child educational option. Guided by the principles of public Waldorf education, the school nourishes a child’s natural curiosity and passion for learning by respecting the unique developmental stages each child experiences. All facets of the school are structured around a comprehensive understanding of human development—an understanding that nurtures a community of self-awareness, respect, and dignity.
